Graveside service for Concepcion Balderas, age 93, of Tipton, Oklahoma will be at 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2022, at the Tipton Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Mrs. Balderas passed away on Thursday evening, January 27, 2022, at Ayers Nursing Home in Snyder, Oklahoma.

Concepcion (Chavez) Balderas was born on November 21, 1928, in Charlotte, Texas to Arcadio Chavez and Emelia Rendon. She was united in marriage to Miguel A. Balderas on September 22, 1947. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2010. Mrs. Balderas was a homemaker and caretaker. She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Frederick and was presently attending Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Altus.

She is survived by seven sons and three daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Miguel Balderas; a daughter-in-law, Josie Balderas, two twin sons, Rudolpho and Robert Balderas; two brothers, Ramon Chavez and Margarito Chavez; two sisters; Emma Zuniga & Lucia Casis; and one granddaughter, Kellie Kate Balderas.
