Tina B Robinson, age 96, of Denison, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Tina was born June 15, 1925.

A graveside service for Tina will be held Friday, February 4, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at Alice Fraternal Cemetery, ., Alice, TX 78332.

Tina Beth Caroline Robinson passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 30th, 2022. She was 96 years old.
Tina was born on June 15th, 1925, in San Antonio, Texas, weighing only two pounds. She married Henry Louis Barney and settled in Alice, Texas, where they were blessed with three sons and a daughter. Tina and Henry were active leaders in the VFW and VFW Auxiliary Post 8621, where Tina held VFW officer positions at the local, State and National levels. Through the Post, the couple enjoyed volunteering; building projects such as the VFW swimming pool and other community projects.
Tina entered the workforce after Henry's early and unexpected passing. She worked tirelessly, raising her and Henry's four young children, moving the family back to San Antonio.
Tina married her longtime friend, F. M. "Robbie" Robinson, who she met through leadership work for the VFW. The couple moved to Austin, where they enjoyed many loving years together, watching the family continue to grow.
Love and family dedication will be Tina's legacy. She made family members (immediate, extended, or chosen) feel as if they were the most special person in her world. Time spent with Tina often left lifetime memories, inspiring multiple generations with her unique mix of grace, grit, generosity, and glamour.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, James Walter and Julia Elven Gentry, six sisters, one brother, her oldest son, Maurice Stokes Barney, and husbands, Henry L. Barney and F.M. "Robbie" Robinson.

She was unanimously adored by her eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She lovingly bathed almost all her very young grandbabies in her kitchen sink. She would lament that the sink was the single item she wished she could have taken with her after moving.
Tina's home was always decorated with seashells and coastal scenes. She enjoyed spending time with her family in Port Aransas and saltwater fishing. Christmas was her favorite holiday.

A private family memorial will be held in Port Aransas, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to www.seaofchange.com or an ocean conservancy non-profit of your choice.
