Our beloved mother, Betty Ann Adams, 71 of Chapmanville, WV went to her heavenly home on January 30, 2022.
She was born May 22, 1950 in Harts, WV to the late Roy and Mae (Powers) Farris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Freeland W. Adams, who passed away August 2012, her son, Thomas R. Adams in 2017, four sisters, Helen Kirk, Sylvia Yaus, Lowvenia Farmer and Bessie Warren and six brothers, Billy Farris, Dellas Farris, Roland Farris, Oscar Farris, Jim Farris and Aurthur Farris.
Betty was kindhearted and genuinely loved everyone she met. She loved the Lord and enjoyed attending church when she could. Betty's favorite hobby was sitting outside in her rocking chair on warm sunny days. She also delighted in growing plants and flowers.
Those left to cherish her memory include her four children, one sister, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
