Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Zoar Cemetery in Napton, with William W. Harlow officiating. There will be no visitation. Born May 31, 1937, in Saline County, MO, she was the daughter of the late J.S. Witcher and Margaret Pointer Witcher. On June 18, 1955, she married Paul Adcock who preceded her in death on December 15, 2021. She lived in Saline County her entire life and was a homemaker. She enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening and loved her grandkids.
Survivors include three children, Mike Adcock (Tami) of Napton, Bob Adcock (Debbie) of rural Marshall and Johnny Adcock (Laura) of Marshall; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Marvin Witcher (Hazel) of Marshall; as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Mary Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son in infancy; one granddaughter; one great-great-grandson; and one sister, Norvella Huff.
