Early in 1891 Hugh and another man have taken The Bay City Beltline Rail Road Co. to court over some dispute regarding property in Bay City.
This is the last time Hugh is mentioned anywhere. We had a letter from one of her children that stated Hugh was killed in a street car accident. So, we may never know the rest of the story as no death record was ever found.
