MRS. LILY LINDSEY,
69, DIES AT GALENA


Galena, Kan., Jan. 13. —Mrs. Lily Viola Lindsey, 69 years old, died at her home, 1108 Kellar street at 6 o'clock this morning following a two-week illness.

Mrs. Lindsey had resided in Galena 30 years. She was a member of the First Baptist church.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. James Russell and Mrs. Harry Russell of Galena, Mrs. Garland Snook of the home, and Mrs. Fay Roller of Los Angeles, Calif.; two sons, John Lindsey and Arthur Lindsey of Galena; a brother, Walter Henson of Monett, Mo.; two half-sisters, Mrs. Ethel Rhoden and Mrs. Charles Ames, both of Shell Knob, Mo.; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Allison funeral home.

Galena, Kan., Jan. 14.—Funeral services for Mrs. Lily Viola Lindsey, 69 years old, who died yesterday morning at her home, 1108 Kellar street, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the First Baptist church. The Rev. J. O. Derfelt will be in charge, assisted by the Rev. H. W. Darst. Burial will be in Hillcrest cemetery, under the direction of the Allison funeral home.
