Surviving: wife, Mrs. Effie Westfall Payne; sons, Johnnie of Lake Milton, Ohio, David of Leewood, Phillip of Webster Springs, Robin and Michael, both at home; daughters, Mrs. Bettie Facemire of Silver Spring, Md., Mrs. Lemona Carpenter of Webster Springs; brother, Nathan of Centralia; James of Curtain; sisters, Mrs. Violet Chewning and Mrs. Salina Skidmore, both of Webster Springs, Mrs. Nora Westfall and Mrs. Madeline Armentrout, both of Diana, Mrs. Ethel Gray of Frametown; 7 grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Doff-Hurt Funeral Home, Webster Springs. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Parcoal.
