Dorothy Elizabeth Snider Odham, age 86, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at the Wythe County Community Hospital.
Dorothy was born in Smyth County, VA to the late Ralph and Ruth Cornett Snider.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, Dempsey Odham, Sr.; her sons: William Odham, Marion Odham, and James Robert Odham; her daughter, Anita L. Odham; brothers, RC Cullop and Bobby Snider; and sister, Katherine Walker.
Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Dempsey Odham, Jr., John Michael Odham, Ralph Preston Odham, and wife Wendy; daughters, Karen Odham and Elizabeth Fox and husband Robbie; sister, Louise Cullop; brother-in-law, George Walker, all of Marion. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Bradley's Funeral Home, Marion, with Pastor Charlie Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 at the funeral home, prior to services. Bradley's Funeral Home, Marion is serving the Odham family.
