Tucson Daily Citizen, Monday, Mar 23 1959:
Ida M. Duffee of 4918 E. Scarlett died Saturday night at Tucson Medical Center. Native of Pittsburgh, PA, she lived in Tucson 3 years. Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Platt of Tucson; and a sister, Miss Rose McNany of Oil City, PA. The body will be sent to Pittsburgh for burial.

Mrs. Ida M. Duffee of 6918 E Scarlett Street, Tucson, AZ, died Saturday at Tucson Medical Center Hospital.

She married Clyde D. Duffee, former owner and operator of Duffee Motor Express, who preceded her in death.

She was a lifelong resident of Oil City until 3 years ago, when she moved to Arizona. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. J. Reid Platt of Tucson; and a sister, Miss Rose McNany of Oil City.

Services for Mrs. Ida M. Duffee will be at 3:30 pm Friday at Charles A. Morrison Funeral Home with Dr. Wayne Furman of Trinity Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
