Frank was born in 1800, in Virginia, and Sarah was born in 1815, in Virginia, the daughter of Thomas Crow and Sarah Boughan. Frank and Sarah married on 5-28-1835 in Smyth County, Virginia. Shortly after they got married, they migrated to Breathitt County, Kentucky.
Samuel married Alice Lovely on June 15, 1900.
