Everett J. Davis age 81 of Eaton, Ohio died Wednesday, January 1, 2003 at Heartland of Eaton. Born on April 15, 1921 in Richmond, Indiana he was the son of the late Clifford & Margaret (Roll) Davis.
He was a 1939 Jefferson Township High School graduate and was a W.W. II U.S. Army veteran. He had worked at the Eldorado Creamery in Eldorado, Ohio. Member of American Legion Post #215 of Eaton. Preceded in death by his Wife: Stella M. Godsey Davis in 1985; Brothers: Merle Davis and Willard Sayler; Step Father: Orla Sayler.
Survived by Son & Daughter-In-Law: Allan J. & Becky K. Davis of Eaton, Ohio; Granddaughter & Husband: Jenny & Keith Schmidt of Eaton, Ohio. 2 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2003 - 11:00 A.M. at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Wayne D. Morrison officiating. Interment will be held in Arlington Cemetery - Brookville, Ohio with full military graveside services provided by the Preble County Honor Guard. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 3, 2003 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
