Stephen W. Rhodes, age 77, a native of Kentucky died September 11, 1969 at a San Jose Hospital. He was a retired farmer and had lived in Reedley, California for 50 years, before moving to San Jose, seven years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Rhodes; three sons, Stephen F Rhodes, William C Rhodes and Joseph Rhodes; three daughters, Mrs Dorothy Nelson, Mary E Wiebe and Patricia Doren; one brother, Leslie Rhodes and one sister, Anna Vessels.
Interment was in Reedley Cemetery.
