Ella Zinngrabe-Boyler, 73, of Lake Warren, Monmouth, IL formerly of Bettendorf, IA passed away peacefully at 10:30 am, Saturday, January 15, 2022, at her home.

Ella was born August 25, 1948, in Honolulu, HI the daughter of Felix and Sylvia (Longino) Ambrose. She was raised and educated in Killeen, TX graduating from Killeen High School in 1966.

Ella married Gerald Zinngrabe on September 2, 1967, and she later married Michael Boyler on August 11, 1993, in Bettendorf, IA.

She spent her career as a realtor first for Mel Foster Company and later with ReMax River Cities. After retiring from realty, she worked at Wal-Mart as the manager of the photo lab.

Her main focus and the love of her life was her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother and an endearing grandmother. Although she will be missed dearly, her legacy of caring and love will live on through her children, grandchildren and the many other lives she touched along the way.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Boyler; her children, Michael Zinngrabe of Houston, TX, Mark Zinngrabe of St. Peters, MO, Stephen (Theresa) Zinngrabe of St. Louis, MO, Andrew Zinngrabe of Sandstone, MN, David (Ali) Boyler of Davenport, IA and Julie (Brandon) Ellis of East Moline, IL; her eight grandchildren, Alexander Zinngrabe, Christian Zinngrabe, Abbigail Zinngrabe, Mason Zinngrabe, Claudia Zinngrabe, William Boyler, Lucille Boyler, and Franklin Boyler; her brothers, Ronald, Anthony and Thomas Ambrose of Killeen, TX, and Michael Ambrose of Austin, TX; her sister, Sandra Little of Killeen, TX; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per Ella's wishes, cremation has been accorded and no visitation or services are planned at this time. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Gift may be given to the Ella Zinngrabe-Boyler Memorial Fund to be used for the beautification of Lake Warren forestry.
