Forrest Murel Eoff was the son of Sterling Price Eoff and Cordelia Mae Parrish, both natives of Missouri. He married Sibyl Mae Young, daughter of David Granville Young and Mary Emily Israel. Their children were Richard Warren Eoff (b 1930 d. 1934) and Sheila Marise Eoff (b. 1925 d. 2000) who married Frederick Earl "Fred" Ferguson. In his youth, Forrest Eoff was a roustabout in the oil fields but later became a practicing doctor of osteopathy.
