Mrs. Vera Gertrude Addotto, age 89, born February 13, 1918, was a native of New Orleans and life long resident of Opelousas, La. She died on Thursday, December 26, 2007, in her home.
Survivors include her sons, Alan Addotto and wife Bonnie of Carencro, La, Anthony Guy Addotto, Jr and wife Yolande of Opelousas, La; daughters, Mrs. Ann Addotto Bihm and husband Tracy of Sunset, La, Mrs. Peggy Clawson and husband Raibon of Carver, Mn, Mrs. Jeanne Coussan and husband Robert of Lafayette, La, Ms. Lisa Addotto Godeaux of Lafayette, La, Mrs. Donna Courville and husband Wayne of Katy, Tx; sister, Delores Eleser of Slidell, La; brother, Glenn East of Metairie, La; 14 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren.
Mrs. Vera was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony "Tony" Addotto; her parents, Clarence and Stella Morris East, and a son-in-law Gene Godeaux.
