The service will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Dover Bible Church, 5005 Carlisle Road, Dover. Burial will be in St. Paul's (Wolf's) Church Cemetery, with military honors by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. Viewings will be 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St., Dover, and 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the church.
Mr. Ehrhart was born in Hellam. He was the son of the late William C. and Bertha Ellen (Gross) Ehrhart.
He was owner and operator of S.L. Ehrhart Stained and Leaded Glass for 30 years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of Dover Bible Church, the Dover Fire Company, the American Association of Retired Persons, and the National Rifle Association.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in Central Europe and received a Bronze Star.
Mr. Ehrhart also is survived by a son, Spurgeon L. Ehrhart Jr. of Dover; three daughters, Bonnie E. Ehrhart of Hyner, and Peggy Ann Myers and Joyce E. Frey, both of Dover; seven grandchildren; and three sisters, Janet Shirey of York, and Carolyn Gentzler and Ruth Boeckel, both of Stoverstown.
Officiating at the service will be his pastor, the Rev. Milton Lambertson.
