Susan "Lonnie" was the daughter of Willis Bennett and Sarah Catherine Moore. She married Horace Havens on Oct 27, 1875.

Aged 72 yrs.
Mrs. Horace E. Havens, of Guthrie, 72 years old, died at the Callaway Hospital in Fulton, Friday morning at 10.00 o'clock. She had been at the hospital for four months, suffering with a complication of ailments. The first night she was there she slipped and broke her left leg, the break with the other ailments preventing any progress being made in her condition.
Funeral services were held at the Dry Fork Baptist Church, near Guthrie, Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, conducted by the reverend W.S. Self and burial was in the Dry Fork Cemetery.
Mrs. Havens was a daughter of William D. and Sarah Kathryn Bennett, both of whom died when she was about ten years old. Her maiden name was Lonnie Bennett. She then made her home with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. James
Warren Humphreys, until her marriage in 1875 to Horace E. Havens. He died last February 13, and since that time she had lived in Guthrie, near which she spent her entire life. She was operator of the Guthrie switchboard for nine years, preceding the death of her husband. She is survived by one half sister, Mrs. Clara Bruner of Fulton. Three sisters are dead, Mrs. Willard Nevins, Mrs.Charles Thompson and Mrs. James Baysinger. She also leaves three nephews and one niece. They are Ray Thompson of Mexico, Ollie Baysinger of Jefferson City, Mitchell Baysinger of Kansas City and Bertha Herron of Guthrie.
Mrs. Havens had been a devoted member of the Dry Fork Baptist Church since a small girl. She was of a kind disposition and always took pleasure in doing things which contributed to the happiness and comfort of others.
