He preceded her in death on November 21, 2003.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Pamela) Westwood of San Antonio, TX; daughter-in-law, Joanne Westwood of Daphne, AL; grandchildren, Shawn Westwood, Michelle Dvorak, Jason Kolbe, Daniel Westwood; great-grandchildren, Samantha Dvorak, Daniel Dvorak, Stephen Dvorak, Jadyn Dvorak, Kadence Kolbe, Hudson Kolbe and; sister, Shirley Newby of Carlinville, IL.
