Sharon was born September 4, 1941 in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of Thomas Roy Turner and Fannie Elizabeth Pierce Turner. She married Elmer Ray Liner on August 10, 1957, making their home in Denison. They were married 57 years.
After high school, she attended business college. Her working career included managing an OB/GYN medical office in Sherman for 25 years. After retirement in 2003, she and Ray enjoyed traveling, cruising, and visiting grandkids.
Sharon is survived by her daughters Deborah Massenburg and husband Kyle of Las Vegas, NV, Kathy Duffee and husband Don of Longview, son Michael of Dallas, grandchildren Kyla Gebhart, Keith Massenburg, Kayla Sutton, Brian Duffee, 10 great-grandchildren, sister Adelia Shepherd White, brother-in-law Jackie Vaughn and wife, Nita, and sister-in-law Juanita Maxine "Micke" Turner. She was preceded in death by her husband, brother Maxie Ray "Bubba" Turner, and her parents.
Sharon was a Baptist by faith. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew and loved her. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 29th at Little Jordan Cemetery (Hwy 56 and Lena Lane, between Savoy and Ector).
