Shirley Ann Wahl, 78, of Gentry, Ark., passed away Jan. 2, 2022, in Siloam Springs, Ark. She was born Feb. 8, 1943, in Bessemer, Ala., to Clara and Harrison Tyler.
Shirley was an avid church member and deeply loved her family and the Lord. She loved being outdoors, especially fishing. She could light up any room with her smile! She was one of a kind for sure and will be greatly missed.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Rudolph Wahl, of Gentry, Ark., children William Upton of Gentry, Ark., Garland Upton of MS., Paul Upton of LA., and Anita Cedatol of AL., step-children Bobby Wahl, Jimmy Wahl, Patty Cawthorn, Vera Brooke, and Ruby Thomas, 26 grandchildren, and lots of great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sat., Jan. 8, 2022 at 11 am at Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Gentry, Ark., followed by funeral services at 1 pm. The graveside service will be at Falling Springs Cemetery in Decatur, Ark.
