Albert James Herrman Sr., age 91, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022. Albert was born October 13, 1930 in Queens, NY. He was a 20 year retired Vietnam Veteran from the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. Albert was a 1950 graduate of Jamaica High School in New York where he was a member of the High School Golf Team and the Golf Champion.

Albert is preceded in death by his son, Albert James "Jim" Herrman Jr. He is survived by loving wife of 68 years, Antoinette Barbara Disciullo Herrman, his children; MaryAnn Berlin, Peggy Caldwell (Mike), Catherine Blount, and John Herrman (Christine). He adored his six grandchildren and his 3 great grandchildren; Rodney Herrman (Jill), Matthew Herrman (Amanda), Melody Caldwell Tartera (Taylor), Rebekah Herrman (Steven), Andrew Herrman, Thomas Herrman; Easton Carter Herrman, Adalynn Nicole Herrman, and Ellis Wren Tartera.

A visitation for Albert will be held Monday, January 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Saint Ann Catholic Church, 6529 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN 381341, followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers gifts in memory of Albert may be offered to American Legion Post 249 or Vietnam Veterans of America (1113).

Al was predeceased by his parents Lewis and Carrie Hajek Herrman; son, Albert James "Jim" Herrman Jr.; 2 sisters, Caroline Winburn and Mabel Morgan; and 2 brothers, Lewis and John Herrman.
