Lula Mae leaves behind her grandsons, Samuel Robert Pierson and Benjamin David Andrews; brother, Cole David Andrews; great-granddaughters, ReAlate (ReRe) and Loula Mae Pierson; daughter-in-law, Diane White and her husband, Buddy White; adoptive family; Troy, Ravien, and Colin Parsons.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ben Ray Pierson Sr.; son, Ben Ray Pierson Jr.; biological parents, Lemuel and Janie Stewart; brothers, Lawrence and Lemuel; sisters, Grace Rosata, Lauresa Watts, and infant Irma; foster parents, Sam and Reaner Courtney,; foster brother; Leslie, Sammy, Heulon, and infant John; foster sisters, Annie Stewart, Eva McKnight and infant Betty Courtney.
Due to Covid, the family respectfully asks for those attending the services to wear a mask and social distance.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, January 8, 2022, held at the Albany Pentecostal Church, 30185 Hwy 43 North in Albany, La, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
The interment will follow in Courtney Cemetery in Holden, La.
