Mrs. Leona Calhoun Rembert, 93, of Midway Manor Nursing Home, died Tuesday. A resident of Shreveport for 50 years, Mrs. Rembert was born in Mt Olive, Miss. She was a housewife and a member of Mangum Memorial Methodist Church. Funeral services at the Osborn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roy Mouser, pastor of Mangum Memorial Methodist Church officiating. Burial in Forest Park Cemetery [East]. Survivors include one son, L. F. Rembert, of Shreveport, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
