Need help with burial location/cemetery name.
Elizabeth ABNEY was born in 1704, daughter of Sir Thomas ABNEY and Mary GUNSTON. She never married.
Following the death of her mother, Mary ABNEY, on 12 January 1750 Elizabeth ABNEY inherited the manor of Stoke Newington, together with Abney House and Abney Park. She managed the estate, along with another at Tilford in the parish of Farnham, Surrey.
She purchased Tilford House of Surry in 1760 and at her death bequeathed it to her chaplain, Rev. Thomas Tayler.1
Elizabeth ABNEY died in August 1782 in County Surry, England.1
