Obituary for Nancy Louise Williams (Alger)

Nancy Louise Alger Williams, 75 of Charles Town passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021, in the Care Haven Center while under the care of Hospice.

Born November 17, 1946, in Ranson, she was the daughter of the late Henry Lewis Alger and Emma Ellen Hostler Alger.

Nancy attended Leetown Baptist Church and was a caretaker for the Jefferson County Council on Aging. She loved her grandkids, her yardsaling, and traveling.

She is survived by three sons, Roy Craig, Jr., and wife Beverly, of Glengary, Mark Craig, of Charles Town, and David Craig, and wife Sherri, of Maryland, three daughters: Tammy Penwell, of Inwood, Leah Dillow, and husband Tony, and Crystal Yoder, and husband Troy, of Martinsburg; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren, and one brother, John Henry Alger, and her faithful chihuahua, Chico.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, December 24, 2021, at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home with the Pastor Floyd "Bucky" Chapman officiating.

Interment will be in the Edge Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
