John Emmitt Dingler, 71, Ponder, formerly of Tyler, are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Hosanna Gospel Church, 1115 County Road 490.
Mr. Dingler died Feb. 1, 2009, in Ponder.
He was born Sept. 12, 1937, in Tyler to the late Joe Bailey Dingler and Minnie Vera Rudd. He was preceded in death by Bobby Dingler Sr., Patti Malone and Jerry Dingler.
Survivors include his children, Pattie De-La Santos, Tina Bails, Tammy Nick, Karen Gates, Cathy Kirkland, Tommy Dingler and Johnny Dingler; sisters, Fae Taylor and Ethel Mae King; brother, Thomas Dingler; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
