Burney Anoatubby Sr. was born March 10th, 1907 in Shay, OK to Atchison and Minnie Anoatubby. Burney served in the Army during WWII as a tank driver. Burney was married twice. He first married and divorced Louise Carney. He married Frances Pickens and they had 5 children together, Calvin, Mary Jane, Burney Jr., Richmond, and Lorene. Burney Sr. passed away in his home in Durant, OK on October 6th, 1972.
