"SWEENY, Brian Charles. He was born Brian Charles Sweeny on April 5th 1940 at the Dorchester Hotel to British socialite Margaret Whigham (later Margaret, Duchess of Argyll) and American businessman Charles Sweeny. Mr Sweeny was one of the youngest students to be admitted to Oxford University, Christ Church at age 16. A financial investment consultant, Mr Sweeny spent many years working in New York and London and was a long-standing member of Whites Club. He is survived by his two children, Stephanie Glenister, and Charles Sweeny as well as his grandchild Esme and sister, Frances, Dowager Duchess of Rutland. Funeral services will be held at the Farm Street Church in Mayfair on November 9th 2021 at 11 a.m."
