The following is speculation based on the research of Joan Wyatt Bradley in 2014. Although it is not proven, the likelihood is so great that the memorial is being identified as Martha (Ramsey) Teer's. Her husband died in 1888 and was buried at Woodland, so it is logical that her son and stepson would bury Martha with her husband.

This grave is very likely that of Mrs. Martha (Ramsey) Teer, born in Tennessee in Feb 1842. She was the widow of Rufus Anderson Teer (buried in Woodland Cemetery) and the stepmother of James W. (Jim) Teer and mother of George W. Teer. She was living with Jim's family in Hopkins County, Texas, in 1900 and with George's family in 1910. She is not found in 1920 so probably died within that last decade. Since the person is this grave died around 1913, that fits.

Addendum:

In the past an unidentified researcher thought this was the grave of James Teer's first wife, Rebecca Roberts, and the anonymous tribute on this memorial refers to her. Rebecca probably died around 1838-1845 in Winston, MS, and James Teer remarried to Eliza Duncan in Winston, MS in 1845 before moving to Texas; James and Eliza are buried in Woodland Cemetery as is their son, Rufus Anderson Teer, who married Martha Ramsey.
