Harrison was born Oct. 9, 1949 in Ashland, OH to the late Albert and Mildred (Dunlap) Murphy. He honorably served his country in the U S Army, being stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War.
He was currently employed by CRW Trucking, driving truck for 21 years. He was a former member of the Lakeville Volunteer Fire Dept and was involved in the BPL Baseball and Bobcat Football teams for many years.
Harrison is survived by three daughters, Michelle (David) Korda of Perrysville, Angie (Gregg) Dawson of Loudonville and Melody Murphy (Rob Huy) of Lakeville and a son Kenny Murphy of Lakeville; eight grandchildren, Josh Stimpert, Alexis, Michael, Cheyenne and Trevor Dawson, Morgan, Gillian and Alaina Murphy and a grand pup Brutus; three siblings, Terry (Bea) Murphy and JoEllen (Tom) Ziko both of Wooster and Patricia (Richard) Winkleman of Lakeville and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Deborah "Deb" (Eason) Murphy on Feb. 27, 2019, they had been married 47 years when she passed.
Per his wishes there will be no services. A small family graveside service will be held, at a later date.
