Troy Jacob Howell was the youngest of four children born to Jerry Michael Howell I and Barbara Faye Harvey Howell. His death at such a tender age was a terrible blow to all that knew and loved him. He was survived by his parents, brother Jerry Michael Howell II, and sisters Michelle Renee Howell and Melinda Faye Howell, along with grandparents John and Edith Howell, Lula and George, Aunt Agnes, Uncle Bobby and his wife Aunt Skeeter, Aunt Carol and Uncle Don, Uncle Howard and Aunt Marleen, Uncle Dave and Aunt Gail, Aunt Elaine and Uncle Bob, Aunt Connie and Uncle Ronnie, Aunt Judy. His maternal grandfather had passed before him.
