Lucinda "Lucie" Bingham was born 1845 in Cadiz, Harrison County, Ohio. She married the Rev Samuel Robinson Frazier in Cadiz on 7 Sep 1869 and they had three children before her death in 1878 at the age of 32. The family had moved to Pittsburgh around early May of 1872 and resided at 176 4th Ave, 21st Ward, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Lucinda was embalmed and initially interred (# 150282481) in Allegheny Cemetery until her father, the Hon. John Armor Bingham, United States Minister to Japan could arrive back home.

Lucinda's remains, along with those of her infant son John A B Frazier (#46546187) were moved to Cadiz, Ohio on 12 April 1879 and reinterred there.
