Sharon Annette Oliphant was born February 19, 1941, in Oney Ok. to Floy and Nellie (Jackson) Meeks. She grew up in the Oney and Ft. Cobb area. Sharon attended both Oney and Ft. Cobb schools. She met Finis Earl Oliphant, Jr. while working in her mother's cafe in Ft. Cobb, and the couple was married December 7, 1958 in Wichita Falls, TX. Sharon served as the Secretary of the Cowboys for Christ Roundup Club and was a devoted member of the Oney Baptist Church.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Floy and Nellie Meeks, one daughter, Alice Marie "Sally" Oliphant and one sister, Shirley Bohn.
Services were Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the Oney Baptist Church, Oney, OK. with Rev. Todd Pack officiating.
Services entrusted to Turner Funeral Home, Binger, Oklahoma.
