Ocia Fletcher, daughter of the late Luther and Mollie (Floyd) Muse, was born in Delmer, Kentucky on November 29, 1912, and she departed this life on Monday, April 21, 2008, in Lexington, Kentucky, having attained the age of 95 years.

Mrs. Fletcher is survived by one son, Tom (and Loraine) Fletcher, Somerset, Kentucky and two daughters, Mary Ellen (and Lou) Eichmann, Delmer, Kentucky and Patricia Madden, Lexington, Kentucky. She is also survived by one brother, Lindell Muse, Delmer, Kentucky and two sisters, Alexine Barrum and Mavis Adams, both of Somerset, Kentucky. Mrs. Fletcher also leaves behind nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends who will mourn her passing.

Mrs. Fletcher was a member at Calvary Methodist Church in Bellevue, Kentucky, and she also attended Delmer Nazarene Church in her childhood years. Mrs. Fletcher was a housewife and a loving mother.

Funeral services for Ocia Fletcher will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home at 12:30 p.m.

The family of Mrs. Fletcher will receive friends on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at Pulaski Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until time of services.

Burial will be held at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

A double wedding ceremony was performed at the home of Rev. W.A. Reese Wednesday evening, September 30. The couples were Mr. Hubert Cain and Miss Exie Wright and Mr. Bill Fletcher and Miss Ocie Muse. We wish these young couples much joy, happiness, and success through life.
