Janet Kay Thomas, 78, of Peru, passed away December 2, 2021 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Janet was born on May 4, 1943 in Bunker Hill, Indiana to the late Delton and Mildred (Hilligoss) Boyer. She married James Thomas and he preceded her in death on May 27, 2008.
She was retired from American Stationary. Janet was also an active member of the Calvary Temple Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Rick) Tracy of Mesa, Arizona and son Mark (Candy) Thomas of Peru, Indiana. Janet is also survived by her grandchildren Michael (Sarah) Tracy of Gilbert, Arizona, Heather Tracy of Chandler, Arizona, Brayton (Bridgette) Thomas of Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, Alyssa Thomas of Peru, Briana Thomas of Peru; and great grandchildren Savannah Tracy of Gilbert, Arizona and Jaiden Thomas of Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. Also surviving is her sister, Kitty Ribble, of Peru.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Linda Bell.
A graveside service will be held.
