Died 5:45 a.m. Thursday, May 12, 1994, at Woods Haven Nursing Home, Pollock. She was 79, a native and resident of Georgetown. Visiting at Hixon Brothers Funeral Home, Pineville, 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until religious services Saturday. Religious services at Georgetown Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Victor Matthews. Burial in Lincecum Cemetery, Georgetown.

Survived by husband, Louis F. Roberts, Georgetown; a son, Johnnie E. Roberts, Monroe; two daughters, Janie R. Crump, Baton Rouge and Sheila Roberts, Alexandria; two sisters, Stella Christy, Pollock and Alcine Nugent, Deville; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church. Memorial donations may be made to Georgetown Baptist Church, Georgetown. La 71432.
