Richard was the son of Archibald Cornett and Sallie Williams.
He first married Viola Wesley and they had the following children: Ruby, Richard/Scott, Tom, Velma, Noble/Norris, Eunice, Willard.
He second married Oscar Waterhouse and they had the following children: Margaret/Marvise, Jewell, Eldris, Gates, Peggy, Bogus and March.
Another child, Vernice is also linked to this family but uncertain which mother they belong to.
Assuming Richard is buried with his second wife in Cemetery Beautiful but not certain.
