At the age of 96, Alice passed away in the home of her daughter in Little Lake, Michigan.
November 29, 1910 born in the town of Holton, Marathon County, Wisconsin to Nicholas and Emma (Guhl) Wibben.
Graduated from Abbotsford High School and also attended the Marathon County Normal and University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She taught rural schools in Marathon County for 18 years.
1945 married Norman Dunbar, Sr. in Dorchester. They farmed in the Marshfield area for 14 years. She later worked at the Marshfield Living Center and St. Joseph Hospital.
Longtime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and later, Grace Lutheran Church in Gwinn.
