Barbara, 81, Russia, died at 10:00 a.m., at Miami County Hospice Inpatient Unit.

She was the daughter of Venitious and Magdalene (Sherman) Voisard. On May 13, 1961, in St. Remy Church, Russia, she married August F. Cordonnier, who survives in Russia.

Also surviving are four children: Lori (Richard) Homan, Maria Stein, Lynn (Jamie) Herron and Robert (Lori) Cordonnier, both Russia, and Jodi (Mark) Shimp, Versailles; two brothers: Jerry (Laura) Voisard, Sidney, and Kenneth (Mary Jo) Voisard, Russia; six in-laws: Mary Jo Schimmel, Covington, Bill (Sue) Cordonnier, Cardiff, CA, Carol (Amos) Johns, Piqua, Doris Cordonnier, Minster, Kenny Schwartz, Russia, and Connie Cordonnier, New Knoxville; and eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a brother linked below; and seven in-laws: Rita Voisard, Paul (Rosie) Cordonnier, Jim Cordonnier, Tom (Rosemary) Cordonnier, Rachelle Cordonnier, Marie Schwartz and Kenny Cordonnier.

A member of St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia, and the St. Remy women's and mixed Choirs, she was also a member of the Ladies Park Group and a Loyal Russia Raider fan. She had worked for the City of Dayton prior to her marriage and then was a caregiver for children.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia. Burial will follow in St. Remy Cemetery.
