Warren-Claire R. (Allard) Rozzen of Warren died peacefully on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in West Brookfield.
She was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Harmidas and Gertrude (Johnson) Allard. The family moved to Massachusetts in 1944. Claire was predeceased by her husband of 53years, John on February 5, 2001.
Claire worked as a lab technician for the William E. Wright Company for many years before her retirement. She was a communicant of All Saints Church in Ware and a lifetime member of the DAV: Disabled American Veterans.
Claire was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved going to bingo and had many friends at Saint Joe's in Palmer and the Amvets in Three Rivers. She also enjoyed playing cards, reading and trips to Foxwoods. One of her favorite things was watching the Red Sox play, she was a huge fan and rarely missed a game.
A Private Graveside Service for Claire will be held in New Saint Williams Cemetery. There will be no Calling Hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the DAV: Disabled American Veterans atwww.dav.org.
