Henry W. Sattizahn, 75, of Pine Grove, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021, at home.
Born on Oct. 7, 1946, in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Albert and Anna Miller Sattizahn.
He was a graduate of Pine Grove High School.
Henry was an Army veteran, having served during Vietnam.
He loved farming and hunting and enjoyed working on and fixing lawn mowers.
Preceding him in death was his wife of 49 years, Patricia A. Barr Sattizahn.
Surviving are two daughters, Susan Somers, of Pine Grove, and Erica and husband, Steven, FitzSimons, of Camp Hill; four grandchildren, Joel, Paige, Abigail and Caleb; a sister, Mary Ellen and husband, Lynn Kohr, of Pine Grove; a niece, Kathy Carl, of Pine Grove.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, with SALM John Zeigler officiating. There will be a viewing from 10 until 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove.
