Lynn Nolan, 68, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021. She was born in Green Bay on Feb. 25, 1953, to the late Lawrence and Beverly (Miller) Erdmann. She was a graduate of Reedsville High School, class of '71. On Nov. 3, 1979, she married Wally Nolan at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Lynn worked as a waitress for many years prior to staying home to raise her family. To continue her passion for taking care of children she more recently took a position, which she particularly loved, working the Kids Corner at the east side YMCA. She also enjoyed playing cribbage online, trips to casinos, coaching bowling and most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren.
Lynn will be deeply missed by her husband, Wally; children, Tyler (Sally) Nolan; Eric (Melissa) Nolan, Shawn Nolan and Cassie (Dustin) Marquardt; grandchildren, Eric Polomis, Ashli Jamrosz-Nolan, Willy and Celia Nolan and Sawyer and Eleanor Marquardt; siblings, Jim (Rosie) Erdmann, Laurene (Bob) Heyn, Lu Ann (Tom) Nonnemacher, John Zipperer, Jeff Zipperer and Joel Zipperer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Lynn is preceded in death by her stepfather, Erwin Zipperer; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wallace and Joyce Nolan; brother-in-law, Jerry Nolan; and her niece, Krista.
Visitation will be at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, with the Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. Entombment will be in Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Online condolences may be expressed at www.Prokowall.com.
