Enola French McAllister, 83, a resident of Meadville, MS, passed away on November 9, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 5 PM till 8 PM at Siloam Baptist Church in Meadville, MS. Visitation will resume Friday from 11 AM until services at 12 Noon at the church. Rev. Leon Wallace will officiate and burial will follow the service at Siloam Cemetery.
Enola was born on November 4, 1938 in Natchez, MS, to the late Posey Eugene French Sr., and Cynthia Mae French.
Enola was a retired Librarian and and a member of Siloam Baptist Church. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She dearly loved her grand babies. She enjoyed reading watching birds, deer and the game show network. She will be sadly missed by those who loved her.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband Joe McAllister and her son David McAllister; three sisters Cathryn Knight, Mildred Trainer and Beulah Harr; four brothers Henry French, Posey French Jr., Mike French and Marvin French.
She is survived by two grandchildren Blaine McAllister his fiance' Bailey Plummer and Kayla McAllister, five great-grandchildren Jace, Sophia, Logan, Luke and Leia; brother and sister in-law Lesley and Clarice Holland with numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Ty Bradley, Benny Shoemake, Guy Gist, Ricky French, Kevin Holland and Phillip Watts.
Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Rushing and Lesley Holland.
