Born in Fruitland, Ontario, Canada, he came here 20 years ago from Ontario and was a World War II veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force (attaining rank of Major). He was a member of the United Church of Canada and Applied Professional Engineers of Ontario. Survivors include his wife, Ivy; a son, Bryan, Ontario; a daughter, Meryin Glover, Kingston, Ontario; two brothers, Ralph, St. Petersburg, and Bruce, Mississauga, Ontario; a sister, Margaret Gilmour, Ontario; and two grandchildren. Bell Funeral Home Bayonet Point.
