Fourth and youngest child of Milton and Eleanor(Ecord) moved to Decatur County, Kansas in the 1880's and lived for a few years on a homestead in Bassettville Township. They moved to Oberlin, Kansas in the early 1890's. "Will" was Street Supervisor and a Deputy Sheriff at Oberlin. He played the violin and also played a horn in the Oberlin band. Married on 8 JUN 1891. They had 2 sons and 1 daughter from this union.
