OBITUARY: YORK - Minnie Jane (Baublitz) Lucabaugh, 76, of North Codorus Township, died at 3:55 p.m. Sunday at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Harry F. Lucabaugh and the late Russell D. Lucabaugh.
The service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Heffner Funer al Chapel and Crematory Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Burial will be in St. Paul's (Wolfs) Union Cemetery. Viewing will be 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the chapel.
Mrs. Lucabaugh was born July 5, 1924, in Spring Grove. She was the daughter of the late Amos and Virginia (Yohe) Baublitz.
She retired from Doespun Garment Co., where she was a seams tress. She was a member of Zwingli United Church of Christ in East Berlin, Viking Athletic Association and Western York County Democratic Club. She was a member of the ladies auxiliaries of York County Fireman's Association, York New Salem Fire Company and East Berlin Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mrs. Lucabaugh is survived by stepchildren; stepgrandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Officiating at the service will be Fred Wentz and her pastor, the Rev. Peter Robinson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 66 Big Mount Road, Thomasville 17364.
