Hazel Roberts Dies at Home; Service Monday

Mrs. Hazel Nar Roberts, 53, or 619 E. Fourth St. died at 4:20 a.m. today at her home after an illness of six months.
A native of Calhoun County, W. Va., she was born May 6, 1914 to Philip and Jennie (Medevener) Starcher and was a member of the Marion Methodist Church.
She was married three times. Her first husband was Howard Murphy who died in 1946; her second husband, Carl Ziegler, died in 1963; her third husband, Wilbur Roberts, survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Amrine of Marysville; two sons, Gene and Donald Murphy of Milford Center; three brothers, Ray, Jeffrey and Harmon all of Marion; a sister, Mrs. Ellie Murphy of Marion; and two grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Faulkner Funeral Home with burial in Broadway Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday.
