Born Nov. 22, 1924, in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Frank G. and Jane S. (Wagner) Carbaugh.
Miss Carbaugh retired from the former James River Co., Chambersburg, in 1989.
She was a member of the First Church of God.
She enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by a son, Terry L. Carbaugh of Chambersburg; three granddaughters; five great-granddaughters; a step great-great-grandson; two foster great-grandchildren; and one sister, Kathryn Happel of Sanibel, Fla.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Grace Caufman, Loretta Eyer, Margaret Miller, Elizabeth Mae Carbaugh and Dolly Miller, and three brothers, Chester Carbaugh, Benjamin Carbaugh and Jacob Carbaugh.
