Thelma came down with the Spanish Flu in 1918, the flu developed into Broncho Pneumonia followed by Cerebral Meningitis causing her death - per death certificate.
Death certificate simply gives Warren County as place of burial but does not specify the name of the cemetery, and her burial is not listed the the NC Cemetery Census.
