I haven't been able to find Effie. Her parents & a few siblings are buried in this cemetery, as well as at least one of her children, so it's possible that she is here as well. If anyone has any information, please let me know. UPDATE: She IS in this cemetery.

First husband Cornelius Cothrien born 8 Mar 1866 at Burdett, Bates, Missouri; died 29 Dec 1894 at Burdett. Married 10 May 1893 at Kansas City, Wyandotte, Kansas. I found this information at familysearch.org, the Mormon church genealogical website. Sadly, it doesn't tell where Julia died or where she is buried. But it's logical to assume she is at Fowler Cemetery with her second husband, Joseph London, and her other family members.
